Return Policy
Orders returned without an RA# will be refused. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY RETURNS TO OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION - IT WILL BE REFUSED!
Please email us to get return authorization. When you receive your RA# from us, it will include include all the necessary information to send the return. You must make the return within 14 days after the RMA has been issued, there are no exceptions to this.
Defective Items - Defective items may be replaced within 30 days of delivery. Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Non-Defective Items - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will exchange items or give you a refund for the order amount. All returned items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. At WackyDots’s discretion, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box or is missing packing material, manuals or any accessories
Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external (on the shipping package), or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CANNOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from date of signature. WackyDot will ship a replacement for any damaged item.
Missing Accessories - If the package you received is missing any accessories, please get in contact with us to have the missing items resent.
Shipping Policy
Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped by USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Please view our delivery information page for more details on shipping time.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout. If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to be responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.
Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide up to date tracking information
Lost packages: If a package is ever lost in transit, please get in contact with us to make arrangements for the package to be resent.
Cancelling an Order
You may be able cancel an item or an entire order, provided the item(s) in your order have not been processed, prepared for shipment, or have not shipped.
If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return, please review the Returns section and get in contact with us. Please note, orders with an instant payment type are not able to be cancelled as they are processed for shipping as soon as the order has been received.

Your safety is guaranteed because WackyDot uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
